The staff, Alex, Andre, and Elfi, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my 4-night stay. They provided great recommendations for tours and places to visit in the area. I felt well taken care of, especially with them waiting up for me when I returned late at night. The hotel's location, although 18km from downtown, was not a problem for me as I had a car. The size of the bedroom and bathroom exceeded my expectations and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having a small fridge and electric kettle in the room. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was well-prepared.
Everything was spot on.

The staff were very kind and helpful, providing us with information about tours and things to see in the area. The size of the bedroom and bathroom was good, and the bed was comfortable.- We enjoyed having a small fridge and an electric kettle in our room.
The cleaning of the place was not up to our standards and could have been better. The location of the hotel was quite far from downtown, around 18km, which could be a problem if you don't have a car.

The staff here are amazing! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the helpful tips and recommendations for local sightseeing, they really made our weekend stay a memorable one. the spacious bedroom and bathroom were also a plus, along with the small fridge and electric kettle in the room. the breakfast provided a good variety and everything was presented beautifully.
The cleaning of the room left a bit to be desired, but it wasn't enough to dampen our overall positive experience. the hotel is located a bit outside of the city center, so having a car was necessary for us to get around.

The location of the hotel may not be ideal for those without a car, as it is 18km from downtown. for those with their own transportation, this is not a problem. the staff at the hotel, including Alex, Andre, and Elfi, were exceptionally kind and provided helpful information about local tours and attractions. the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. the rooms also had useful amenities such as a small fridge and electric kettle. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options and everything was well-prepared.
Cleaning of the hotel could have been improved.
